This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling your order and requesting a refund for services provided by SULIUD ER CORP (EIN: 41-3365265).
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
— The request is made at least 12 hours before the vignette start date
— The vignette has not yet been submitted for registration
To cancel, email info@vignette-co.com from the address used during purchase.
If we made an error during registration (wrong plate number, wrong dates, wrong country), you are entitled to a full refund including the service fee.
If the vignette was registered with data you provided and later found incorrect, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will attempt to correct the data through official channels where possible.
If registration fails due to a system outage at the toll operator, we will offer a full refund or re-registration at no extra cost.
Send a clear cancellation request via email to info@vignette-co.com from the email address used to place the order.
Include your order ID and reason for cancellation.
We will respond within 24 hours.

Standard Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
